Process on How To Order❓
🔸Most of the products I make are personalized and contains a lot more information that I can collect in the drop-down menu. With each of these products, I have included a specific How To Order steps to help you make the order as smooth as possible.
🔸Photos or Custom Designs💻
If a product requires a photo or if you wanted to send your own design, pls send them to [email protected] along with your Order Number.
For best results, please send a higher quality photo of 300 dpi but we will work and do the best we can with whatever photos you may have.
🔸Notes to Seller📓
Certain product orders require more information. Please enter this info under "Notes or Instructions" field, found underneath the order total on the right side of the Checkout page. Please be careful when typing down information, make sure all info needed are correct.
🔸Digital Proof✔️
With custom orders of certain items, a digital proof will be sent to customer for approval before production, please provide a preferred email address to send it to. If no email is provided, the default email from your order will be used to send the proof to.
It is imperative that you send an immediate reply for approval as this can cause the delay in producing your item. No direct approval from customer means No item will be produced. I want you to be happy with your product so I need to make sure that I have your stamp of approval before I make them.
Please allow extra time for production during the holidays. (Sorry, I'm just one person running my shop and sometimes with the help of my hubby and our little angels😊)

📔Shop Policies📔
💠Cancellations - I gladly accept cancellations within 3 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are FINAL.
💠Returns/Exchanges - Due to hygiene & personalization, items can't be returned or exchanged (except in very limited curcumstances).
Before we ship out, every item is checked for quality but since product is handmade each item may have a slight variations. Also keep in mind, I try to represent my products as accurately as I can in photos but colours may also appear differently on different screens. 💠Changes - Once a shipping label is created and the package is out of my hands, changes cannot be made.
For custom orders that require digital proof, changes can only be made if an order has not been approved for production. If your order is undeliverable and returned due to an incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee again to re-deliver to a new address. Please double check that your shipping and contact information is correct before check out.
💠I do take photos of each and every product I make and use them as promotional photos in this site or in my online portfolio. If you wish to not have your item photographed or shared in any social media platforms, please let me know and I will respect your wishes.
💠Your privacy matters to me and your information is used only for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of a problem. This shop uses SSL which provides a layer of security when you enter your info at checkout. Payments are processed by Paypal or Stripe.
